Andrea Anders
Anders was originally was born in Madison and was raised in DeForest. She is currently living in Los Angeles. In 1993 she was a graduate of DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She earned her bachelor of fine Arts degree from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001 she received her master's degree in fine arts at Rutgers University. Anders and her Joey co star Matt LeBlanc and their relationship was in place from 2006 to 2015. The two first met during the filming of the sitcom that was later cancelled. Sean Anders directed her in the films "Sex Drive" as well as "Never Been Thawed". Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Anders also was Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. Also, she appeared as a character in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. She was also seen in Two New York Stage & Film Productions, Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody. Anders started in the month of May with the Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig was closed by July 1, 2007. Anders played Jeannie, an accountant. Anders was in her very first commercial on television for Dannon back in the 1990s. And then, again around 2006. Anders' most famous role is Nicole Allen, a former football player's spouse in The Class and Joey as Alex Garrett (a lawyer). Anders appeared in each episode of both shows, however neither of them was renewed. Anders also appeared in guest parts on One Life to Live and Law & Order. She has made appearances as characters on The Guiding Light. Anders was on HBO for three seasons in the role of Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. She then appeared as Heather on The Stepford Wives in 2004 as well as Brandy in Sex Drive as Brandy and as Susan on Sex Drive in 2008. Anders appeared in Numb3rs in 2008 too. Anders was a part of two pilots for television that did not succeed. The pilots were Spellbound and News To Me. Most recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single camera workplace comedy composed by Victor Fresco for ABC.
